Novotel Bangkok Future Park Rangsit

Clean, efficient, close to areas that I need to be.

They "reserve" the parking near the hotel entrance without any reason or consistency, causing actual guests to have to go park in the back and drag bags around the entire hotel to the only guest entrances in the front. Needlessly annoying.

Modern, spacious and clean rooms. Wonderful staff and adorable restaurants.

Nothing not to like.

Great hotel and best breakfast ever only thing was the pool was super cold but we will always go back when we visit family in that part of Bangkok

Pool was to cold to use

Close to Future park

Small room, cheap decor, cheap bedding, cheap bath towels and slippers. It's more like a 2.5 star room

Good location and restaurant

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Moled up in the bathroom on the grout.

If you are going to Future Park then staying here is a no brainer. I wasn't there for future park but I will stay here again (or at least stay in a Bangkok Novotel again). The room was great with fantastic bedding and the restaurants onsite were all in the lobby and all really nice. I think they were all ran by the same team of staff but there is a French restaurant, an Italian Restaurant and a 'Brazilian style, eat all the different meats' restaurant. The Brazilian style one wasn't very good tbh (meat choices were limited) but the Italian was great and they even have a lunchtime bar area where you can sit just outside the main restaurant and have a drink, watch some sports on tv or just chill. The outdoor pool and well-equipped gym are excellent and open from 5.00 am.

All good, happy to recommend this to anyone.

Great location if you want to shop at Future Park. Easy 30 minute ride to Dong Mung Airport also.

Shuttle to Future Park was too quick to leave on return trip from Future Park. Needs to give guests enough time to walk to the pick up station even after calling ahead of time.

Location, staffs and facilities

The restroom doesn't drain properly

The staff was very helpful when I checked in at the hotel. She gave me the room upgrade from deluxe to suite. I was really impressed with the room. It was huge and had everything I need. It was beyond my expectation.

Superb

One of the shuttle buses to Future Park asked for a tip from my friend. A money tip, also known as a gratuity, is an extra amount. Tipping in Thailand is not compulsory, and it's generally considered a nice gesture for exceptional service, but it's not expected or required

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff, clean and really good rooms. Excellent shuttle service to the mall.

If you are in the area you know you are far from the center of the city so this has to be expected.

Facility, cleanness, decoration are allGood

Breakfast are all the same among 3 days.I run in the fitness center without notice time then the staff turn off the lamp to remind me leaving so that I run in the dark. It’s dangerous!!!

Close to futurepark, clean and new and friendly staff

The staffs were kind and gentle

The room. I stayed over there for 2 days (different room/night). What I hate most about the room was that, there is a fire-detect sensor right on top of the bed, and it flashing every 10 seconds. I am very sensitive to this light, and couldn't sleep because of it.

Very good breakfasts catering for a range of tastes and dietary requirements.

The bathrooms were a bit tight. The bathrobes were not designed for someone of my proportions (average-sized NZer).

Clean, good breakfast.

Couldn’t access friends rooms on other floors. Bar and wait staff were slow and miserable.

The room is spacious and new. The staffs at reception are very helpful and polite. There are many choices of food for breakfast.

The location was very convenient for us, free shuttle service to Future Park mall every 30mins

The stuff was decent

Good Novotel standard

Foyer is cramped and noisy; room smelled of stale cigarettes, room was noisy as construction work underway

Location is great with shuttle to the shopping mall. Staff was very nice. Rooms were great for short stays. It is the only international (or Thai) chain hotel in Pathum Thani.

Being a Novotel, I expected nice cheeses and breads. The croissants were very good, but no fresh baked bread and only one (Swiss) cheese.
